Total Eclipse is intentionally removed to avoid a bug caused by 2 instances of Total Eclipse (from Volt and Mirage).
You can use a 3rd casting speed shard if minmaxing, since you will easily hit the pylon onetick threshold with buffs from your squad.
Kuva Chakkhurr (Build) on your crewmate can oneshot Toxin shields without needing the Eclipse buff, however Opticor Vandal is more consistent once the rest of the squad lands.

Mirage
Use Rauta (Build) to stack 12x combo on your melee for Secondary Outburst on your Prisma Dual Decurions (Build), then deploy your archgun just before the last pylon lands.
Energized Munitions subsume allows you to start prefiring legs much earlier.

Jade
Cast Deathbringer while flying to Profit Taker to buff Volt’s Velocitus. Switch to Power of the Seven to buff Wisp’s Motes and Brightbonnet, then go back to Deathbringer.
Use Rauta (Build) to stack 12x combo on your melee for Secondary Outburst on your Prisma Dual Decurions (Build), then deploy your archgun just before the last pylon lands.

Wisp
Cast Brightbonnet and a Fused Reservoir after landing, once you receive the Bellicose buff and have fired at the Brightbonnets with Arbucep you can recast Fused Reservoir for the highest possible Haste/Vitality buff.
Use Sicarus (Build) to help with Blast and Toxin shields.

Chroma
The standard solo build works fine, he can use Rauta and Prisma Dual Decurions or help Volt with pylons/shields but he is mostly just there to double the credits at the end of the fight.

General Notes
Excluding Volt, all roles can use Kuva Zarr on their On-call Crewmates, this weapon doesn't damage Profit Taker, but is very effective at killing trash enemies. Opticor Vandal is also a good option, especially in faster squads where trash enemies are less annoying.
Do not drop Ancient Healer specters and ideally park all crewmates to avoid slam attacks. Amalgam Serration should be equipped on primary weapons to increase flight speed in Archwing.

Archguns (Legs)

Mausolon, Prisma Dual Decurions and Imperator Vandal are viable options depending on your squad, sorted by damage potential. An ideal squad riven has crit chance, fire rate and negative zoom (both Imperator and Decurions have very narrow FOVs). Secondary Outburst can be stacked by Rauta and lets gunners hit >100% crit chance without a riven.
Imperator Vandal and Prisma Dual Decurions suffer from Archgun Hitbox Bug so they can't take advantage of Volt's shield.
Support Weapons (Shields)
In general, Chroma and/or Wisp running the same shield setup as in solo (Sicarus+Balla) always works. Blast+Toxin can be modded on Sicarus to help consistently cover elements.
In terms of overall element setups, supports should aim to run elements that are typically either not covered (toxin) or relegated to Contagion: Blast, Corrosive, Gas, Cold. This is mainly because with lower FPS in squads, contagion throws get slower too.
